Vault bonus Limit?

I have bought the shop items for a bonus to Promotion but it shows no bonus in my vault for that particular skill. I’d there a limit to how many bonuses you can receive?

Yes, there is a bug of displaying promoting bonus. It doesn't affect the usage of this bonus, it just doesn't show in the shop vault view. It will be fixed with the next game changes.
