Every new player from now on will get rookie benefit. That's €10 000 in a day, for 7 days in a row. This should ease the start of the game for the new players.
For those already playing i would suggest not to be upset, you will get your rookie benefits too. Every player, whose money balance is less than or equal to €50 000, will get rookie benefit.
